Love my GV70

From my experience with the dealership to driv8ng my dream car I can't complain. I had been eyeing this car since it was just an idea. Now its my daily driver and I couldnt be more happy. The comfort, style and appearance is world class. I get compliments daily.

I love my Genesis

The electronic odometer panel shorts out briefly sometimes and the seal at the bottom of the backdoors is not good and allows water from puddles up in the bottom part of the doors I thought I'd get better gas mileage too otherwise my vehicle performs well

Best Bang for Buck!!

So far we love it , has more than met our expectations. Love the interiors and features which the competetion does not offer . Even if they offereyou have to spec and add so much add on . Here its simple just select right trim and done . No need to add on additional package and waste on combo.

GV70 Vehicle is great, Dealership Network and repair parts/service SUCKS!

Within a month of owing my 2023 GV70 2.5 it needed a new rear differential which took 3 months to get the part. Dealership said to drive easy as the rear end could freeze up!! Within 1 year of ownership the dealership lost their franchise and speaking with the dealer, the next closest (50 miles away) is about to lose their franchise too. That means the closest dealership is in another state, almost 200 miles away!! If I need any warranty work, I am up the creek. Forget about concierge service and complementary oil changes that were built into the price I paid. DO NOT CONSIDER ANY GENESIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT THE DEALER WILL BE THERE FOR YOU. I will probably sell this car, 1 year old, 5000 miles.

IMPRESSED BUT NOT CONVINCED

Great styling and craftsmanship in an overcrowded SUV market but not convinced that the dealership can provide the service of other luxury brands such as my Audi dealership. Also disappointed in noise quality of the sound system and the wind noise on the highway.

Great Car, Limited Dealership Access

This is a great car with great styling, comfort, and performance. I love it and the only negative I have is I wish it delivered a little better gas mileage. That said, I am UNHAPPY with the dealership network, as Genesis recently stripped my purchasing dealership of the brand (despite excellent customer service) and now I am forced to travel (or have car valeted) over 30-miles and deal with ridiculously extended service schedules if I want to to capture the brand-provided complimentary services and recall/warranty work.

Best ever

Love the vehicle, very long survey and should not have to put minimum of words in this space. I should be able to submit this survey as I choose and I think this is rediculous to have minimum regulations. It’s really aggravating to me not being able to submit this survey without minimum guidelines

I would love to love my car again. With all the problems, it has been a struggle. Taking this survey during a time my car is broken again might not be fair. If I could get timely service and loaners that would help a lot. If we could get the problems fixed that I have been dealing with my rating of the car would definitely be different.

My second Genesis. Have owned many different Vehicles. Genesis is the best value by far in the Luxury Vehicle segment. Previously we had Lexus, Jaguar, Audi, Mercedes, BMW, GM Products, Ford Products and Porsche. By far Genesis exceeds all of them for quality and Vehicle content for the price.

Love the luxury and performance of my vehicle good on gas, smooth ride. Over at the Delo was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was patient and work with my budget. I love the different colors in the vehicle the massaging seats. Automatic self parking.

This car is great! The features are absolutely amazing and it drives so smooth. The safety features are awesome and always make me feel safe while driving. I constantly get compliments on how gorgeous the car is. The interior is absolutely gorgeous. I could not ask for a better car.

Review of 2023 Genesis GV70

So far I think I'm going to like the vehicle and enjoy driving it. Considering I;ve had the car less than a month, I'm still learning the to use some of the technology. The Genesis representative coming to the house was especially helpful reviewing the technology. But the fact that various functions can be activated in 2 0r 3 different ways is sometimes overwhelming, confusing and unnecessary.

My review after 3k miles

The car exterior design is the best in the market. Could have added ambient lighting to all trims. Less space in front cabin to keep stuffs like phone or wallet. Value of money is really excellent. The car is really smooth and silent. It's a great buy.

My experience so far

I purchased my Genesis GV70 new. Connected services did not work after 2 days of owning. At three weeks into ownership I was on my way to my cousin's funeral and the dash board lit up and told me to pull over to check the brakes. I lost power to the brakes and in 60 mile an hour traffic I had to navigate to a safe place to park with out causing a wreck. The dealership picked the car up and it was in the shop for about 4 days. They did some sort of a reset on the connected services and they were working after that. They said the battery had gotten low and that's what caused the brakes to lose power. Within a couple days after getting my car back connected services has stopped working again. Its a fun car to drive, packed with features and luxury, however I now worry about it's reliability in the future.

Awesome Styling and Interior

We were not even considering a Genesis at first. The irony is that while at a Subaru dealership, we saw a magazine indicating how Genesis is a brand worth giving a try so we set up a test drive and were very impressed. We ended up purchasing and are very happy with the decision, barring a few things that we hope can be addressed. The windshield wipers are very ineffective and the silicone strip continually slides off the rail. There is also a small spot under the door trim on the driver’s door where there is no paint and some rust has developed. Once we get those resolved we look forward to many years of good service.

concerned about elec/computer and transmission. beyond such, very happy with car. one day i get in car and no blue tooth/phone. that lasted two days. another occasion all radio presets except for two disappeared. wiper settings and confirmation rarely agree.

Stylist and luxurious beating European brands

Most favorite vehicle among all my cars so far. Genesis is an unsung hero among all luxurious cars. It is more reliable and safety vehicle with an extreme comfort. I love the exterior look and color. Parking assist and driving assist are blessing. I love this car.

Very happy with the car. I live in Denver, colorado and flew to Wichita, Kansas to purchase the vehicle. I had a bad experience with the Hyundai dealership in Golden. Great service in Wichita. They definitely took care of me. I will service my vehicle in Littleton.
