Genesis G80 personal review

The vehicle is a stylish and efficient vehicle to drive and to own. I am quite satisfied with the performance and I get excellent mileage while driving the car at maximum speed or slightly higher. The audio system is superb and the controls are very accessible. Egress is acceptable, but while I have had few in the rear seat, I have noticed it's small. Thats an acceptable price to pay for the elegant styling, however! The interior is beautiful and I like it better than any other car I have owned. In short, I'd recommend the vehicle to anyone who was interested in a vehicle in its class.

Great Car

This is my second Genesis G80 Sport, the 2023 model has significant improvements. Genesis has continued to improve their cars over the years. They do a great job of monitoring the industry and adding those features to their high end cars. I am huge fan of the car line, and will continue to purchase this vehicle.

Genesis Driver

I like the style and class of the 2023 Genesis G80. The smooth handling and drive of the vehicle is outstanding. The audio sound system, on a road trip is awesome. Overall this is a great vehicle. I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates a stylish and cost affordable vehicle.

2023 Genesis G80 One Year Anniversary Review

The Genesis G80 excels and exceeds Cadillac, Lexus, Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz in all categories. Only exception is a more limited voice recognition/control system compared to BMW and Mercedes-Benz whereby those two vehicle brands excel and exceeds expectations.

Love so much we bought 2 cars g70 , g 80

Car is fun to drive love the handing the look me and my wife drove my g80 from Orlando to Vegas was very comfortable and I’m 6 ft 9 was great on fuel also looking forward to many more trips we take it to our bowling trips and no problem carrying 12 plus bowling balls !

Great Car, but poor paint quality & lousy customer service

The car is comfortable, powerful and attractive. However, we had issues with the paint & despite multiple attempts to rectify the issue they were never able to fix the problem. We made multiple calls into customer service but never got a response. The dealership tried as well, but again, no response. Genesis has good service at the dealership level, but really bad customer service at the Genesis level .

Happy Driver

Great car! The access and use of interior climate controls needs to be addressed as mentioned in the survey response so that the driver does not have to take eyes off the road in order to utilize. Move the blind spot alert to a better position so it canbe seen without taking eyes off the road.

This one is mine

First time buying a new car for me. I am so satisfied. Great car with plenty of comfort. Enjoy the massaging seats during driving helps too keep you awake. Lots of quickness even with the four cylinder vehicle. Ordered a version that I waited 3 months for had too drive 2hrs too get this vehicle.

Wonderful car

The Genesis G80 Sports Prestige has exceeded all of my expectations. It is fun to drive, and the sound system is otherworldly. The interior is beautiful, and all luxury features are standard. I actually volunteer to run errands just so I can drive the car more. Can't recommend this vehicle highly enough.

A superb vehicle in all respects everything operates as it should Needs more backseat leg room Dealership is top notch. I have bought 2 Genesis vehicles from them They are well equipped to be a Genesis dealership. Would like them to be closer to my home, but this is something I can’t control.

The G80 just keeps getting better and better

This is my third Genesis G80. The car looks great and it rides very tight. I really considered not other make or model when it came time to replace my 2019 Genesis G80. The styling on this version is really beautiful, especially the front grill and the side lights behind the front wheels.

great buy!

previous cars were Japanese or German. Genesis build quality and overall value beets them hands down, and the dealer experience is far superior, especially compared to the Germans, who act like they're doing you a favor taking your money. I love the concierge service and general attitude of my Genesis dealership

Total Luxury Made Affordable

When seeking a stylish sedan that is affordable, dependable, and luxurious, the 2023 Genesis G80 3.5T Sport Prestige fits the bill. The car drives like a dream, is quiet, spacious, handsome, and has all the bells and whistles, safety fears, and reliability a consumer expects and needs. This purchase wasn't on a whim. Almost Perfect

A truly excellent automobile taking on the best from the US, Germany, and Japan. Absolute best value given features and price. Excellent luxury look and high quality materials throughout. Initial setup can be a little much but user controls are very straightforward thereafter. Genesis must work a little on delivered quality and quite a bit on dealer service performance to truly win the race!

Great value for your money

Genesis is one of the best kept secrets of the auto world. They give you many extras for your money and the styling is fantastic. Fit and finish is good and competes with all of the other luxury brands. Large information screen and free navigation updates from Genesis.

Important issues Addressed

Replacing a 2018 genesis with 2023 one. Love to lack of road noise in new car. Also visibility better around side mirrors. Love the styling of the exterior. Inside is sleek and modern style. Feel like I am driving a futuristic car. There are no features Genesis has overlooked!
