Absolutely Love the Genesis Brand. Dollar for Dollar, the MOST Value on the market. Have Driven / owned other Makes...BMW, AUDI, Mercedes....None offer Everything Genesis Offers For the Price. Can’t Say enough about my Genesis G80 Ultimate...it truly is the “Ultimate.”

Summary

Excellent value automobile. I am unhappy that my dealer chose not to continue as a Genesis dealer. Next closest Genesis dealer is 1.5 hours away. Genesis is not serving it's customers well by forcing that to happen. Surgery is too long, please be more brief.

Genesis 2018

2018 Genesis should have an option to change front to 2020 front. Local service for Genesis should be top priority when visiting dealerships for services since Genesis is the flagship car for Hyundai. Upgrade trade in should be considered if Genesis owners want to upgrade from one year to the current year with minimum expenses!

G80 Sport

Amazing machine, that's stylish and fun to drive. Only downfall is the service that it associated with the car and Brand. Very sub par service, especially given the cost/value of the vehicle. I'd highly recommend this vehicle if it wasn't for the service, which devalues the car.

Love my beautiful Genesis

This is my dream car. Very luxurious, comfortable, elegant and fully equipped with creature comforts as well as safety features. the only problem I have with it, is that the driver side window allows air nooise. I'm working to get that covered by the warranty and allow the interior of the car to be as quiet and smooth as I know it can be.

Everything is great

Love the car cant wait till we get another one got the color all picked out when it is time to turn this one in we will get another one if we can work out a deal that we can afford would like to see some of the new colors that is on the new cars so we can prepare for the color

Genesis G80 Sport

Our Genesis G80 sport is the best overall vehicle we've ever owned. People stop us and ask about the vehicle, what brand is it, etc. Our friends who have ridden with us constantly tell us what an awesome car it is and how luxurious it is. We couldn't be happier. We looked at the Genesis brand for about 3 yrs. We took our Sonata in for service our current vehicle was there and we traded for it at that time.

My Genesis is a very nice car.

I enjoy my Genesis and appreciate that I have had no problems during my ownership period. I like the acceleration when I enter the interstate, but there is very little road noise (much less than my wife's Camry XLE). I really like the CD player as I use it all the time. I do not have IPhone so I do not need all those features.

One of the best cars I’ve ever owned

One of the best vehicles I’ve ever owned ...and I’ve had Mercedes, BMW, Infiniti and others... The G80 Sport with AWD...Amazing vehicle ? The ride and power is amazing...very comfortable on long rides...Car is very quiet and hold the road like it’s on a rail. Car has 365 hp...and yet gas mileage is good... Would highly recommend to anyone looking for luxury without paying Mercedes or BMW prices. Has never been back to the shop for any warranty work.

My only negative about my G80 is the fuel economy and performance. While it isn't a slouch on acceleration, I feel it should be in the range of other cars that we test drove, like the Audi A4. If we purchased another Genesis it would be the G70 3.3.

This car is amazing.

Everything about this car is amazing, esp for the price. Hands down the most well thought out car I've ever experienced. It's obvious the Genesis designers and engineers thought-proofed everything about this car, esp the interior ergonomics & design. It's just the right mix of new tech and analog instrumentation. Every knob, button, & finger switch is perfectly designed AND located in the right spot. Functions that you need quick access to (volume, temperature, etc) are KNOBS (not buttons that you have press incessantly to get what you want). Functions that you don't use as often are buttons. Steering wheel controls utilize thumb rollers & buttons. PERFECT! Flat screen tech center is large but not too large. It integrates nicely into the dash and works wonderfully with ZERO latency (unlike even today's most tech-centric marketed cars like the new Volvo XC90 which I also own & fully regret). Everything in the G80 is extremely well conceived and placed exactly where it should be. The car drives drives like you're surfing a perfect glassy wave all by yourself. It's fast (enough) without being ridiculous. Interior is spacious - and quiet. The alloys look great but without obnoxious, giant wheels to generate lots of road noise, a harsh driving experience, or a loss of fuel economy. The body styling is superb - and unique. Nothing else looks like this car (except perhaps a Bentley at 3-4x the cost). Quality of materials and overall fit & finish are superb. Can't wait to dump the wife's XC90 and get the new Genesis SUV once it's released! Really REALLY impressed with this brand.

Fantastic car

I have really enjoyed the overall genisus experience better than I thought. The car is just fantastic to drive. A very well built vehicle. So far I have been very pleased with my experience. I look forward to many more miles of enjoyment with my genisus

Terrible service

While Genesis provides services through its dealers, it will never have a brand. Dealers only think of making money, do not fix warranty issues. The company should invest on customer service. The company should also take ownership of product defects. It should give the responsável to the dealers, which never solve the problem

2018 G80

Excellent car in every way. Driving, reliability, features, gas mileage(30+ highway), it has it all. A very quiet ride with an awesome sound system. The all wheel drive option makes Winter driving in MN a breeze. My second Genesis, and somehow they keep making them even better.

BEST car ever!

I love this car better than any other car I've had. Beautiful interior and options. All high grade and value. It drives like a dream and I love the different drive modes. Not sure I'm a fan of the steering wheel paddles but they're out of the way and I don't use them. The panoramic sun/moon roof is gorgeous and multiple options on it. A beautiful sheen to the exterior paint and the cameras are outstanding!!

Overall well built very comfortable everything I expected in the car very comfortable handling everything is great It handles ladies at rice nice it has all the features that I can offer easy to keep clean I’ll be changing oil on it soon after the warranty I may do it myself

Great vehicle

Not to much to write about. The vehicle is fantastic at every aspect, just wish it came in red but blue is my second choice of colors. I’m definitely looking at the new models in this coming year. 250 characters or less - you need to fix this MAJOR FLAW with your site. I’m glad you don’t manufacture automobiles!!!!!! Love my car and will buy genesis again

Sexy, fast, comfortable, great reliability. Anything more to say...Okay maybe something. Everyone who steps into this car loves it. The interior of the car makes you feel like you are sitting on a nice custom made leather couch. The exterior constantly gets looks from other drivers. When I want to have a little fun, i put it into sport mode and the car is a rocket ship.

This car is a delight to drive

My wife and I are retired and this vehicle is in my opinion the best vehicle we have ever owned. It is extremely comfortable to drive, gets reasonable gas mileage for it's size, and has so many excellent features that contribute to making it a delight to drive. I don't have enough superlatives to describe how happy we are with this car!
