I've owned this vehicle for 4 years, and it's been good to us. Typical repairs, battery, tires, brakes, etc but nothing out of the norm. The technology (Apple CarPlay) can be glitchy at times, but it's gotten better with updates. Love the stow and go seating and would purchase another alone for this feature!

Love my Pacifica!
I have had numerous vans over the years. The Pacifica is top notch! It is very comfortable to ride in and has lots of space to pack things when needed, and the stow and go is easy to use. The large screen and other controls are very user friendly.

Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid
How much do I like these vehicles? I have leased/purchased three! 2018, 2019 and 2021. We purchased the 2019 at the end of lease.
Except for some minor glitches requiring electronic resets, reliability has been amazing on all of them.
They function as the supreme and comfortable family mover with lots of space for everything and the convenience of elevator doors to get the children and rear passengers in and out.
Visibility is excellent, but this is a big car and can be a little tricky to park in tight spaces.
The dual electric motor and gas engine hybrid have been flawless and switches between the two are smooth as silk. Powertrain moves them with spunk. Mileage is about as advertised and it's great to "fill-up" plugged in at home!
Interior components are high quality. U-connect screens are large, intuitive and easy to navigate.
These are terrific cars. I love them! Best driving experience ever and I've been buying vehicles for over 50 years!
