When I come to a dealership I expect the best from factory trained technicians. Last oil service I ha
d done in November I was recommended a cabin air filter it was never changed as I felt it was too soon as I had changed it that summer. In April mysteriously that recommendation is no longer recommended. No consistency. Aside from that I never get calls for these recommendations I get that an hour or two after I leave. How am I suppose to take care of my vehicles maintenance if I am not being told what is required? Give me a factory maintenance schedule and I’ll just have to schedule the service as I see it coming up because I believe this dealership will never recommend any kind of preventative maintenance.
