Brought it in for one recall and Emily did great on keeping me updated on how long it would take and
what else would be needed to be done, went to come back today 11/9/23 without a appointment because of a oil leak in one of the spark plugs but she wasn’t around at the time so someone else took me :( Will schedule with here again though.

ssed with the speedy service and Paul's overall knowledge and ability to identify and remedy prior maintenance mistakes by another repair service. BC Auto will be our place to go for any work which needs done on our vehicles. They have gone above the call of duty in our case.

Donnie and debbie and there staff are honest and care about there customers. I reccomend taking your
vehicle there before you get ripped off they will 100 percent take care of you and vehicle thanks to whole staff for not taking advantage of me.

Thought there was a transmission issue. They checked over the transmission including dropping the pan
. The issue has gone away (could have been a fluid level issue), in any case a fair price.
