Cleaning the throttle and replacing the throttle position sensor ended up solving my shifting issues on my Ford E250.
They dropped the pan and changed my transmission fluid and also made a few other adjustments.
They didn't pressure me with anything and were very calm and relaxed.

I've had the absolute best customer service from this establishment. Initial visit was for an oil cha
nge and an issue was uncovered when they did an overall check of my vehicle. An estimate was requested and provided same day-straight up information and no upselling to be had. It took me a couple of weeks to schedule the necessary repair (that was on my end, not theirs) and from contactless drop off to in-person pick up of the vehicle I could not be more satisfied. The work was done as promised (and actually ahead of schedule) and I even received an after-service text, inquiring if everything was performing as expected. And for the ladies out there, they do not treat you as though you don't have a brain. They listen to what you are saying and your description of the problem. They stand behind their work. If something changes with their estimate they will contact you before proceeding to get your approval. All in all great place to do business.

ere good and they were. 100% rebuild with converter as well at a price that surprised me. Tranny works great (I actually saw the guts as they tore it apart, it was toast) and they included a 2 year warranty. I question the guy who wrote that they told him his 'Warranty" was up after 5 months?????????????
I believe these guys can be trusted. Oh yea, they finished it in 2 days as promised.
