Advanced Car Care Center got its name from the advanced repairs owner Chip Broemmer used to perform for friends and family members before the shop opened. In 2015, he decided to leave his teaching post at a local technical college and run the shop. Chip and his staff are great to work with! When we let them know that we couldn't afford the quote given for work on our Hyundai Sonata, they were able to provide a solution that we could afford.

Clean, professional, and prompt.
This is a very well run repair shop. You get text reminder of appointment. The waiting area is clean and pleasant. They put plastic on your car seat and paper on the floor. The shop area is well lit and kept clean, the attention to detail makes for confidence in their work.

The staff reached out to me first thing the next morning to resolve the issue with my vehicle. They came to my house and picked the vehicle up immediately and had the issue resolved the same day. Thank you for getting my issue resolved extremely fast.

Dissatisfied customer
I dropped my vehicle off on October 24th and i finally got it back Dec 17th and it still isn't running correctly. I am extremely disappointed.
The staff is very professional when you talk to them, but i just want my vehicle to run correctly for the amount that i have paid them to fix the issues.

AWESOME!
I've never known an auto shop to make house calls when you're in a panic, but they do. They have actually done it more than once for me over the years. Chip and his crew are knowledgeable and very courteous. When your car acts up on you and that's the only one you have, Chip and the guys try to make it as painless as possible. Nexen Tires and ACC
I needed tires a few weeks ago and learned about Nexen. Although I'd never heard of the brand before starting my search, I'm seeing hundreds of positive reviews (from several sources) regarding their performance, durability, and affordability.

So I called Jeff at ACC to see if they could install tires on my Mercedes CLK (if I bought them elsewhere), and it turns out they're a Nexen dealer and could save me all the trouble of buying myself for very nearly the same cost. I had them installed in late August and they're 'grippy' in the rain, road-hugging on curves, and quiet riding. Great performers!

Then a rear tire failure on I-44 a couple of weeks ago. Look, I know that even the top-brand expensive tires can fail prematurely. It happens. What matters is how the manufacturer deals with it.

True to their warranty promise, Nexen readily sent Chip's team a replacement the next day ... no questions asked and no charge. ACC got it reinstalled right away then off I go as if it never happened. As always, Chip, Jeff, and the Team took great care of my situation quickly, pleasantly, and well-communicated.

As I've said in previous reviews, why would I go anywhere else?

Bad day turned into a better day
I live out of town and had broken down on the side of the road right outside of exit 88. Triple A towed me to Advanced Car Care Center and they were so helpful during the whole process of fixing my car! Very nice place and staff! My car is now back on the road!
