Took our car in for inspection, emissions and another small repair. Good communication about all that
. However, never heard it was ready. Started calling and phone just rang and rang. Did this for over an hour. Finally just went up there. Car was ready and counter clerk told us phone has been broken and they just haven’t gotten it fixed. Seems like that is important to keep your business moving along. I noted that the repair manager is having to use his own cell phone to conduct business.

70 years old and this is an OUTSTANDING shop. They give an straight promise and follow through. Did
n't surprise me with a higher bill at the end. Fixed my engine so it would pass inspection. Was cheaper than the place that inspected the car. Explained the codes.
