Charged 5 hours of labor for a job that could’ve been 2
I somehow paid just about $1000 for a small cable replacement that likely could’ve been at most $500. Unfortunately my car was towed here by AAA and I was a captive audience with no choice but to pay their price

Did amazing work and great communication
Jason and the team did an amazing job not only with my vehicle but with communication, scheduling, and working with my work schedule. I’m so grateful for all they did to my vehicle and I really appreciated the through pictures they took to show me what was wrong and did a great job letting me know if they needed to add a service along the way. I won’t be going to any other auto repair shop.

Honest value
Hage Kobany has always provided maximum value as a mechanic shop. I trust them completely. I expected I needed new bearings to solve a wheel noise. Turns out a backer plate was rubbing. A very minor fix

Leaf springd
Brought my truck in there for what I thought was a bent axle. Turns out I need a new leaf springs because the axle was off by a few degrees. Fixed it took longer than expected, but they knocked a bunch of money off for me and did an absolutely fantastic job. Friendly, courteous, professional people I’ll use them anytime. I need auto repairs.

Not scanning the computer after job done
I just got a message from the screen to visit Lexus dealer ASAP
That massage appears after each time starting my car for 5 Seconds before getting the GPS
So I guess that’s should be scanned after the service you did as per the instructions on catalog
So I can not put my like review before finishing the scanned and remove that massage
