All problems were taken care of and resolved. Service was attentive and friendly and repairs understandably explained to me. I would highly recommend Precision to my friends and others. The Falken tires have been great as well.

A recent and dramatic problem caused me to have my Jeep towed to Paul Campanella's. A sudden screech
ing and shuddering vibration forced me to park my SUV and call Paul's. They took it right away, and after extensive searching found the cause. A squirrel had hidden a walnut between a shield and driveshaft!!! Hard to believe, but True! Paul Campanella's took care of my problem, and would not charge me for their professional service. I am in awe, and have even more respect for this service center and staff. Well done, and my great appreciation for another job well done.
