Shop Foreman and Co-Owner, Logan Hoskins, has over 15 years of experience and factory service training with the Subaru brand. He was formerly titled “Subaru Senior Master Technician”. This designation takes years of classroom training, service hours, and a lot of dedication to one brand. He is also accredited as a “Master Technician” from the group Automotive Service Excellence. He is a go to technician in Northwest Arkansas for Subaru specific questions and it is safe to say he puts the Guru in our name.

Service Desk Manager and Co-Owner Justin Bulla also has many years of experience, also with the Subaru brand. From a start in the sales department, he worked his way around many different positions within a dealership from buyer, to inventory manager, to assisting in the preparation and reconditioning of vehicles for sale. While his hand hasn’t been on the wrench at a dealer, servicing and diagnosing car issues have always been a passion of his, in addition to customer service. He anchors the administrative and customer service end of SubieGurus.

The best experience I have ever had with a repair shop!
I chose Subie Gurus after searching the internet for a knowledgeable mechanic to work on my wife's Subaru. They had the best reviews of any shop, by far (5 stars), and I can see why. From the moment I called and talked to Clay, to the time I picked up my wife's Outback, I was impressed. Clay listened to my issues, basically diagnosed the problem with my transmission (I pretty much knew it was the torque converter), and gave me a quote for several thousand less than the dealership. He set up an appointment for a week later, I drove 2 hours, dropped off the car and they finished it the same day within 15 minutes of the time he said. He did call me after the tech test drove and confirmed the diagnosis and brought up a couple more things I need to fix and watch for the future. Didn't push anything else on me, just told me a few things the tech found. I talked to JT at pick-up and he even gave me a 5% Military Veteran discount (very much appreciated). Everything was exactly and I mean exactly as Clay told me. No surprises, no add-ons, no cost overruns, no delays. Obviously these people know what they are doing and guarantee their work with a warranty. Clay and JT were extremely pleasant to deal with. Happy and smiling like they appreciated my business and like they really enjoy what they do. I'm 65 years old and in all those years, I can honestly say, "This was the best experience I have ever had with a repair shop!" You have earned my business forever.
