Shop Foreman and Co-Owner, Logan Hoskins, has over 15 years of experience and factory service training with the Subaru brand. He was formerly titled “Subaru Senior Master Technician”. This designation takes years of classroom training, service hours, and a lot of dedication to one brand. He is also accredited as a “Master Technician” Shop Foreman and Co-Owner, Logan Hoskins, has over 15 years of experience and factory service training with the Subaru brand. He was formerly titled “Subaru Senior Master Technician”. This designation takes years of classroom training, service hours, and a lot of dedication to one brand. He is also accredited as a “Master Technician” from the group Automotive Service Excellence. He is a go to technician in Northwest Arkansas for Subaru specific questions and it is safe to say he puts the Guru in our name.

Service Desk Manager and Co-Owner Justin Bulla also has many years of experience, also with the Subaru brand. From a start in the sales department, he worked his way around many different positions within a dealership from buyer, to inventory manager, to assisting in the preparation and reconditioning of vehicles for sale. While his hand hasn’t been on the wrench at a dealer, servicing and diagnosing car issues have always been a passion of his, in addition to customer service. He anchors the administrative and customer service end of SubieGurus.

Logan and Justin are Northwest Arkansas natives. They are committed to providing the best possible service to their community and beyond!

Amazing, quick, and honest service.
Was having a little bit of squeaky brakes and came in to get them looked at. After looking at the brakes they called me and let me know that they were close, but they didn't technically need to be changed. They could have easily made a quick buck by selling me brakes that I didn't technically need yet, however they were up front and honest with me. It cost about a third of the cost of getting brakes changed at the dealership. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be coming here again for most of my service needs.

Oil change and brake check
Oil change was quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Greatly appreciated them checking my brakes and providing an honest assessment that the pads were good for a while longer.

This was my first time using SubieGurus, and I couldn’t be more pleased. As a first-time Subaru owner, I had a lot of questions, and the team took the time to answer them all thoroughly. I came in for an oil change and was in and out quickly—super efficient! I also had a tire issue, and they pointed me to Tire Tracks, who got me taken care of right away. It’s such a relief to have found a trustworthy, knowledgeable shop. SubieGurus is officially my go-to spot for all my Subaru needs!

Timely completed work and my wife is happy!
Had to wait a week for an appointment so that says SubieGurus is good. We were able to park the car in their parking lot when we had time, the night before and completed the info envelope then dropped the key in the envelope. I got a call from the next morning after an evaluation was made. Options given, decisions made. They estimated completion time then they called when work was comleted. I was able to pick the car up a little later when it was better for my schedule. I did a visual inspection, the parts had been installed and our car didnt have any oily hand prints anywhere! My wife did the check drive and she is happy and I have a happy life!
