Shop Foreman and Co-Owner, Logan Hoskins, has over 15 years of experience and factory service training with the Subaru brand. He was formerly titled “Subaru Senior Master Technician”. This designation takes years of classroom training, service hours, and a lot of dedication to one brand. He is also accredited as a “Master Technician” Shop Foreman and Co-Owner, Logan Hoskins, has over 15 years of experience and factory service training with the Subaru brand. He was formerly titled “Subaru Senior Master Technician”. This designation takes years of classroom training, service hours, and a lot of dedication to one brand. He is also accredited as a “Master Technician” from the group Automotive Service Excellence. He is a go to technician in Northwest Arkansas for Subaru specific questions and it is safe to say he puts the Guru in our name.

Service Desk Manager and Co-Owner Justin Bulla also has many years of experience, also with the Subaru brand. From a start in the sales department, he worked his way around many different positions within a dealership from buyer, to inventory manager, to assisting in the preparation and reconditioning of vehicles for sale. While his hand hasn’t been on the wrench at a dealer, servicing and diagnosing car issues have always been a passion of his, in addition to customer service. He anchors the administrative and customer service end of SubieGurus.

Logan and Justin are Northwest Arkansas natives. They are committed to providing the best possible service to their community and beyond!

Fantastic service!
Had an appointment for an oil change and the service was thorough, helpful and quick. Also this may be more of a niche experience, but they didnt make me feel like a dumb girl for not knowing things about my car, which is rare and very appreciated!!

Great service
I bought a used Subaru and brought it to Subie Gurus to get it checked out and they were able to squeeze me in, let me know how it checked out and fixed the most urgent things all in a tight timeframe. It was a really easy and friendly experience and I can tell they want their customers to stay loyal because they do so much to treat them well. I am very happy with the services I received and will definitely go back (although hopefully not anytime soon)

Went in for an air conditioner check.
I bought a ten year old Crosstrek from a relative. It only has 36K miles (yeah, he doesn’t drive much😆). The A/C seemed to be freezing up after about 30 min on a hot day. Took it in and they told me everything looked good as far as levels, etc, etc., so it was probably a sensor that tells the A/C when to cycle. Told me it would cost about a thousand to repair along with replacing another part that is notorious for going bad while they were in there. Bottom line is they eliminated the easy to fix things and let me make a judgment free decision about the repair. Decided not to do it for now and I’ll just manually cycle it myself. Just talking to the guys you can tell they know Subarus inside and out. I’ll keep taking my Subie there from now on for sure!

I love these guys
I trust no one else with my Forester. The guys at Subie Gurus take excellent care of it. If you have a Subaru you must go to Subie Gurus.
