Shop Foreman and Co-Owner, Logan Hoskins, has over 15 years of experience and factory service training with the Subaru brand. He was formerly titled “Subaru Senior Master Technician”. This designation takes years of classroom training, service hours, and a lot of dedication to one brand. He is also accredited as a “Master Technician” Shop Foreman and Co-Owner, Logan Hoskins, has over 15 years of experience and factory service training with the Subaru brand. He was formerly titled “Subaru Senior Master Technician”. This designation takes years of classroom training, service hours, and a lot of dedication to one brand. He is also accredited as a “Master Technician” from the group Automotive Service Excellence. He is a go to technician in Northwest Arkansas for Subaru specific questions and it is safe to say he puts the Guru in our name.

Service Desk Manager and Co-Owner Justin Bulla also has many years of experience, also with the Subaru brand. From a start in the sales department, he worked his way around many different positions within a dealership from buyer, to inventory manager, to assisting in the preparation and reconditioning of vehicles for sale. While his hand hasn’t been on the wrench at a dealer, servicing and diagnosing car issues have always been a passion of his, in addition to customer service. He anchors the administrative and customer service end of SubieGurus.

Logan and Justin are Northwest Arkansas natives. They are committed to providing the best possible service to their community and beyond!

Not all hero’s wear capes…
These guys got my Baja up and running without making fun of me for attempting my own repairs. Courteous and professional and dreamy, Justins and Clay made sure that I was informed and in the loop with all of the processes. Excelsior service! I can’t thank them enough. I had my vehicle towed to them from Fayetteville as they are my go-to crew.

Catalytic Converter and Codes
On time, did what they said they would do in the timeframe they gave me. I really appreciate the quote format in and tax-and-all figure. Allows your customer to know exactly what they will be charged. I’ll be back and would send other Subaru owners their way. Great job!

Always great service from a great group of people
Each visit has been excellent! And the wait is never excessive, in my opinion. Everyone is always helpful and attentive. And I have met other customers who were mechanics who said the SG team is excellent! BTW, the waiting room with the record player and other comforts are very cool.😊

Great service
It is great to find a mechanic shop outside of dealer service with old-school values. They have taken good care of my older Subaru for a couple of years now.

Excellent service!
This was our first time to use SubieGurus, and we will definitely be back. JT was a pleasure to work with, and really set the tone for our experience. Our car was repaired quickly, and we found our bill to be reasonably priced. 5 stars!

Taking Care of Business!
The service ar Suburban Gurus is always top notch. They are very friendly on the phone and in person. Being able to drop off the car the night before was helpful and my car was finished quicker than expected. All work completed was explained and preventive work was discussed. I feel comfortable always using them for my Crosstrek! Thanks again for taking care of business!

Always great service!

Fixed a 2011 outback
Brought a 2011 outback in that the dealer wouldn't touch and Subie Gurus had it fixed in 2 hours. And couldn't beat their price. Will definitely be back.
