Terrible communication and service
Engine light came on. Made appt. Brought in told 3-5 days. Days 7,8,9 I called and promised return call. Didn’t happen. Night of day 9 care ready. I told them I would pick up by 3pm. Arrived 2:50pm and told service rep was getting car be back in 10 min. An hour later rep returned and car not ready new issue found(one that I told them about when appt made). No communication as to status. On line said nothing first 5 days then changed to “working on your car” day 6 or 7. I needed car as going out of state and their rental not allowed to leave TX. If I had not had this issue not sure how much longer they would have had car. Very sad service and communication. Looking for another dealer to service car.
