Terrible communication and service
Engine light came on. Made appt. Brought in told 3-5 days. Days 7,8,9 I called and promised return call. Didn’t happen. Night of day 9 care ready. I told them I would pick up by 3pm. Arrived 2:50pm and told service rep was getting car be back in 10 min. An hour later rep returned and car not ready new issue found(one that I told them about when appt made). No communication as to status. On line said nothing first 5 days then changed to “working on your car” day 6 or 7. I needed car as going out of state and their rental not allowed to leave TX. If I had not had this issue not sure how much longer they would have had car. Very sad service and communication. Looking for another dealer to service car.

Warranty Repair
This dealership was responsive and professional. I have had a difficult time i the past with Hyundai dealers even responding to warranty requests but Principle was prompt and very helpful. They scheduled parts and made the experience very satisfying. The repairs were done well and performed in the time quoted. I am very satisfied with their performance and will be using them for all my Hyundai service needs.

Smooth experience!
Making an appointment online is very convenient. Was met immediately after pulling in the service bay by service writer Jason. Thanks to him, the entire process moved along smoothly. The waiting room is comfortable, offering free drinks and wifi.

Follow to issue
After speaking with the service manager and service writer they were able to resolve issues and vehicle is currently being repaired. That have kept up good communication with me while in the shop so far. Thank you for improving the issues. We will definitely use y’all in the future.

Need to improve customer service and repair ethics

Spoke with guest directly. explained the processes that must be done in order to be able to move forward with the repair. Explained the delays in parts availability once the authorization is given. Then, after the repair, the engine failed a 2nd time at which point the process started over again. Now, his engine light is on a 3rd time. They are frustrated with the whole experience as well as communications. We are sending them a vehicle and picking up theirs. they have ageed to give us a 3rd opportunity to get their vehicle repaired correctly. They have agreed to re-submit the survey, and i have agreed to give them their next 3 services at no charge.

Excellent service fixing a major design flaw
The inverter radiator on the 2022 Santa Fe Hybrid is made of soft metal and is located in a vulnerable place with little protection. Consequently it is easily punctured by small road debris kicked up by other vehicles under normal driving conditions. When this happens the car should not be driven. This means an expensive tow and repair not covered by warranty. Boerne Hyundai performed extremely well in getting a new radiator for us and installing it. Thanks to them we were back on the road in only three days instead of a projected week. This saved most of our Florida vacation.

Car repaired, but windows were left open for thunderstorm
My car's repairs were done but apparently someone had left my window open and there happened to be a severe thunderstorm that weekend. I was told I could come back for a full detail and that I would get a call back to schedule but I haven't heard anything since getting my car back. I was very disappointed because I thought my car would be safe in their hands and I never thought I would have to worry about water damage.
