Exceeded all expectations!
This is the 2nd time I’ve come here for major maintenance. And once again they not only perfectly diagnosed and solved my problems, but they did it way faster than I could have hoped for (literally a next day turnaround for a major AC repair plus 4 brakes and rotors, and a headlight)

This is the sort of place that truly cares about their craft, and cares about the people who come in the door. A lost art these days, and I’m happy to have found them.

Transparent, Attentive, & Friendly!
Chad (and all the employees) are extremely kind and helpful. They are honest and straight-shooting, but in a charming manner. I never feel like I’m being sold on something I don’t need or being overcharged. They always give me thorough explanations on what they find and how they want to fix it—and they always go the extra mile for me. They are a business I truly trust with my vehicle, and a place I actually enjoy visiting (which is funny, considering I go there with car troubles) thanks to everyone’s attention, patience, and kindness. I will always highly recommend Chad Miller!

Prompt, Curteous service
I arrived promptly at 7:00 am and by 7:15 my car was being worked on. I was done an on my way home by 7:45 am with all needed preventative maintenance completed. I was also notified that my battery was possibly getting to the point of needing to be replaced soon. It's nice to have that pointed out so I can do something about it before it is a problem.

Car Overheating
This is a very good place to take your car problems to. Every time there is an issue with my car, I feel comfortable letting “Chad Miller Auto Care” give me the service I need. My car was overheating and needed major service to get my car running again. They will inform you of all issues and fixed the problem. Since I move to Texas last year, I don’t go to anyone else.

Quick, easy, and honest
Great experience getting routine maintenance done on my 2017 Toyota Camry. Clean, quiet shop. Even though they were busy I only had to wait an hour for service to be completed. No attempts to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Will definitely be back for my auto maintenance needs in the future.

Recommended Mechanics
A dash light came on and off a couple weeks ago. Was able to get an appointment at Chad’s within a couple days. Throttle body needed cleaned. Mfg puts unnecessary coating inside of it which of course causes other issues. Same day service, fixed the problem and discovered washer reservoir had a leak. They got the assembly to fix that within a day. I had an appointment for the next business day, which I had to reschedule, but again same day service and issue fixed. Way better service, price and customer service than dealership. They are very accommodating, and personable. They are conveniently located for me.

Reasonable Repair Cost
I bought a Honda Civic last year and the A/C went out. I took it back to the dealer and he quotes me $2k to repair it. They also told me I needed a new better. I took my car to Chad Miller Auto Care for another look. Chad’s team did the repair on the A/C for a much more reasonable cost. They also told me there was nothing wrong with my battery. I trust Chad Miller Auto Care. I trust that they’re not going to cheat me. Good, honest work.

Quick, and helpful
I don’t know much about cars, so for me it’s pretty much just a trust thing. Last thing I had them work on was good. This one seemed to go well too. Don’t feel like they’re trying to upsell me constantly. So, very to happy to continue using them for all mechanical issues. They also gave me a body repair recommendation that I needed - so very appreciated.

Honest, reliable, and careful work
I have been a customer of Chad Miller‘s automotive repair shop for many years. He has kept my now 17 year-old car in top shape during this period and Mr. Miller has shown himself to be scrupulously, honest and forthright. I could not recommend any other shop as highly as I can this one.
