Customer Service
I have never received better customer service from a repair shop than Babcock Automotive. I can call in and describe an issue I am having and Jeff is always ready and willing to help. When we take the truck in, he makes sure we are taken care of and are in and out in a very reasonable time.

Babcock Automotive will have my business and loyalty.

Amazing work
Great work, quick, Chad was friendly and had our car ready in 24-48 hours. If you have an emergency forget the dealership, go to Babcock automotive! You guys are the best!

Exceptional work and honest service
Babcock Automotive has been a true blessing for both me and my fiancé. Over the past two years, they’ve helped us with everything from a window motor and air conditioner repair to fixing an oil leak, power steering, and regular oil changes. Every time, the work has been completed quickly—usually the same day we drop off the vehicle, and never more than 24 hours.

What really sets them apart is their kindness and integrity. Danny and Jeff at the front desk are always welcoming and helpful, and the mechanics consistently do reliable work that has never failed us. We trust them completely, and the pricing has always been fair.

If you’re looking for an honest, efficient, and genuinely caring shop, Babcock Automotive is the one to go to.

First time customer
I chose Babcock Automotive based on their excellent reviews. I needed some undercarriage work done that I couldn’t do myself at home. Chad got me checked in and I left my keys at the counter. I expected that it would be a few days before my car was ready. Only a few hours later my car was ready, and for under the original estimate. The staff were very organized and professional. I had a great first time experience meeting Babcock Automotive.

AC repair
Hard to drive in San Antonio when your AC goes out and it’s 98 degrees! Jeff and his guys fixed my AC and had me back on the road in no time! Very professional guys and high quality work!
