Can't get car in for service for almost 3 months
I was excited back in 2021 to be leasing a 2021 Sonata Hybrid. The sales person James was very knowledgeable and very personable. Edith has been great in trying to get me in for service in the past., but it seems the dealerships service dept. truly needs an overhaul in taking care of its customers. I left a message for the service dept. to please give me a call in regards to an appt and no one bothered to call me back. Finally, I was able to speak to Edith and have been told I can't get an appointment for an Inverter coolant leak until December. How can a dealership expect their customers to go that long without their car being serviced on something so serious. I am having to put Inverter coolant in everyday to keep my 2 yr old car from overheating. I thought that FOX Hyundai would treat their customers better than this as I even drove almost 45 minutes to purchase my car or get service. Now I am stuck with trying to find somewhere to get service on this issue before it becomes even more serious. FOX HYUNDAI you need to do better for your customers as I/we deserve better.

Best Service I have ever received
During my time in Michigan, I always visited Fox (Ann Arbor) Service Center for my Hyundai car, despite the drive from Novi to Ann Arbor. Their service was beyond exceptional and I could really trust the job and the work they put towards my vehicle that the 40 minute drive did not matter. This review is all towards Mike and his team for always taking a great care of my vehicle, flexible communication among customers, and taking the customers concerns into his own problem. One of the things that I will miss the most about Michigan will be the best service team and Mike.

Service guy apparently knew knew who was due in and addressed me by name, took time to who was due in, I work retail and know the the importance of calling a person by name

My 1 year Hyundai Kona
The year I’ve had my Kona, been more than happy. Everything is excellent with thsi car, even tho it took me about 3 months to get used to sitting up higher than in a lower car. A beautiful drive! The Next car really want a heated steering wheel. In the year driving this Kona, i have no complaints.. everything has been really good! AWD is super in the snow!
