Changing Price Tag
Called about my car after being recommended to them by Bob’s Tire repair since it was something more electrical. I was told that the part would cost around $600 and labor would be around $150 dollars. We had to wait for it to come in and go from there. They called a day later saying “good news” the part was in and that again the part would be around $600 and the grand total was around $1100?? At that point what choice did I have? I even said “that’s a lot different than the price I was told yesterday” and they broke the price down. Where did all that extra cost come in? If you go here, make sure you write everything down they tell you and have them tell you exactly what cost is for what. I’ll be taking my business anywhere else. I love Bob’s tire but unfortunately like I said, this was something they couldn’t do. At LEAST they got my car fixed..

Great auto service – highly recommend
I had a great experience with Brighton Auto Repair! They got me in right away and had my car ready by the end of the day, which I really appreciated. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy throughout the whole process. The pricing was fair and honest - no surprises. 7 years & really glad I found them!
I go in maybe yearly for maintenance checks and an occasional concern. I always leave happy--feeling informed, safe for upcoming road trips, and not remotely broke! They also fit me in pretty quickly. Major kudos, team!!!

What’s Not to Love
Today’s visit was an oil change and replacing rear brakes. I was given a picture of the oil draining out to ensure it didn’t changing. The rear brakes were growling going in and silent on the way home.
Matt and his team are fast, neat, and complete. Another job done right.

Fair price and honest assessment
My daughter has a car that is at an age where we have to seriously consider if it is worth the repair or if it makes more sense to replace it. They understood our dilemma and worked with us, educated us of the pros and cons of our options, which really helped us make a decision that we were very comfortable with.
