Thorough servicing
I appreciate that their servicing includes inspecting many functions, they explain to me what's been done, and vacuuming the front floor is a nice touch. The waiting area is very comfortable.

Needs to double check completed work.
The only problem I had was my new windshield wipers were not installed, they were left on top of my windshield. Seems like double checking things would help.

Very fast in scheduled service
Came in to drop off my car for an unscheduled service and they had my car done and ready in an hour and half. They worked fast and respectfully to a high standard. Also gives you a voucher for car wash with your service at a local spot down the road.

Prompt meeting the appointment start and estimated length for maintenance. A car wash certificate is given but it seems every time I'm here for service it either is, or is about to, rain. I don't live close enough to make it worth my time to come back to the area just for a car wash. Wish it was for a multi-location wash such as Brown Bear.

Great place to buy or service your Car
I shopped around 3 years ago before deciding to buy a Hyundai Sonata. I test drove other makes and models but loved the Sonata right away. The sales and service staff at Hyundai of Everett are friendly, helpful and very personable. I recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a new car or having their present car maintained and serviced.
