Car died 2 weeks after service
After waiting months for an appointment, finally got my oil change and routine maintenance. Car died 2 weeks later on a road trip. Not impressed with the famous hyundai reliability.

amazing customer service
unfortunately I purchased my Hyundai at Kia of Everett. Not only did Kia sell me my car but they make it difficult to get service and give me the run around every time. I wish I would have purchased my car from Hyundai . but being new to Washington went there because my manager recommended it. BAD CHOICE. Travis at the service department at Hyundai has been helping me with my services and care of my car. he has been remarkable with helping me.
So note to self do not go to Kia of Everett EVER. Hyundai is defiantly the place to go when it comes to caring for there customers.

This service department provides exceptional vehicle service. The service advisors are knowledgeable, courteous and attentive to the customer's needs. The work is done right the first time with a proper explanation of what was done by the service advisor and the charges incurred. The advisor will also offer information and appropriate suggestions if any other work should be done later as revealed in the vehicle inspection.

Service Team saves the Day!!!!
I pulled my car into the service Dept in a complete panic as my front collision sensor was indicating a collision unavoidable & slamming on the brakes(on the freeway!) Our Service Tech, Travis, is the Best!! He calmed me down and pointed out immediately that someone had collided with the front of our car-breaking the lower bumper so his thought was the sensor was also knocked out of place. He worked a miracle and squeezed my car (I was on this side of the mountains with the only car with us) into the days schedule and had me back on the road in a couple hours. I do need to find a body shop on my own but the car no longer slams on the breaks unwarranted. Thank you Travis and our Salesman, Jeff P, for saving the day!!!

Transmission replacement
Getting a rental car was a smooth process. It took a few months to get my transmission done, only because of the delayed shipping. Which was not the fault of Hyundai, when the new transmission did arrive, Hyundai had it done within a day or so.I had Travis and he was great and super helpful. He was kind, kept me updated and thank me for my patience. He made the experience stress free for me. Thank you.
