Great "Happy Hour" price on a efficient oil change
Service was as quick and efficient as any 'quick oil change'. with the Super Happy Hour price! and the added benefit of they know if there are any Recalls or upgrades for my Hyundai.

Knowledgeable and Helpful Service Advisors
I had my vehicle in recently for some scheduled maintenance that needed to be done. It was completed fairly quickly in the time I had been told it would take. The service advisor (Tyler) was really great in working with me so I could use a competitor's discount coupon that I had brought in with me. I really appreciated him doing that.

St Charles Hyundai service reliable and honest
My recent service was handle well. All things were done well. Only necessary services were performed. This service included the 60000 mile warranty items , an oil change, a warranty covered blind spot malfunction, and a recall item. This was performed at reasonable cost and in a reasonable time.

Not the best service this time around
This last trip though I was a bit annoyed. I'd like to suggest in the future you tell your customers/appointments that you are running behind and how long. I had an 8:30 appointment and then saw my car still sitting outside at 9:30 am, I had to go out to the service customer rep who checked me in to ask how much longer before my car is taken in. He came back and said I'm the next one, and he apologized that their behind from the water main break at Nissan. Would have been nice to know, I had my daughter with me and was not prepared to stay 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had asked for a car wash. I came out to the car to find it was not washed, I did not bother going back in due to a screaming child and the long wait.
