Service took longer than expected
I have always been totally impressed with the standard of care I have received. However this last oil change and tire rotation took well over 1 hour with an appointment. That was unexpected and I was not advised it would be that long. when they had evening service hours It never took that long.
I am hoping this was just a fluke and will have service again in the future.

Excellent service as usual. I have purchased 3 Santa Fe's from St. Charles Hyundai and have had them serviced here. Through all the years they are still very honest and upfront. I will probably never purchase a car anywhere else.

Every time I take my car for service I am pleasantly surprised at how speedy the service is and friendly all of the employees are. The coffee is good too.

MY 1ST ENCOUNTER A PHONE CALL 3 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME MADE THE DIFFERENCE! (PURCHASED A 2019 SANTA FE SE)
AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS OF RESEARCH I NARROWED MY SELECTION TO TWO VEHICLES. I CALLED YOUR DEALERSHIP 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME AND BEN ANSWERED THE PHONE. I ASKED APPROXIMATELY 8 DIRECT QUESTIONS. FOUR DAYS LATER I WALKED IN A PURCHASED A SERVICE LOAN (2019 SANTA FE SE - SYMPHONY SILVER). I LIVE IN NORTH COUNTY (270 @ NEW HALLS FERRY) THERE IS A HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP LESS THAN TEN ILES FROM MY HOME. I DROVE 20 MILES PAST IT TO COME TO YOUR DEALSHIP BECAUSE BEN WAS KNOWLEDGABLE, A MATTER OF FACT, AND PLEASANT. I PLAN TO HAVE ALL OF SERVICING WORK DONE AT THE FACILITY I PURCHASED MY WONDERFUL 2019 SANTA FE SE WHICH I LOVE BY THE WAY! THERE IS NO NEED TO CHANGE WHAT WORKS. THANKS BEN FOR MAKING THE DIFFERENCE!!!!

It took me forever to get my phone call answered. Even with leaving a message. When I asked what the problem was short of staff just a question. He was completely rude which I didn’t appreciate. I was not being sarcastic, just asking a question.

After just one visit I am already regretting purchasing the extended maintenance warranty because I am now stuck having to sit for 2 hrs at the dealer anytime I need an oil change or standard maintenance done.
