My time in the lobby of a car dealership
The popcorn was great! I got a second helping. I found a station where I could power up my cell phone and tablet. Loved the option on having a table in the showroom to sit and real a book or sitting in one of the comfortable chairs and watch television. Restrooms were very clean and fresh smelling. The I loved window shopping for accessories. Life in the lobby made my waiting time very short and easy.

Clean, friendly and popcorn!
I am having trouble finding any flaws in the overall experience at my 30,000 mile service. Travis, my service manager, was very patient with me as I described the services required. I am thankful that I finally found a company that's honest and reliable. Thank you Travis and Temecula Hyundai!

Great Service Dept
I have not used Hyundai service for quite some time because of the terrible service I received. This time however, there was a completely different staff. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to work well together. This was a big change from my last visit. I will definitely use this establishment in the future.

Excellent service!
From start to finish the quality of service I received from my service writer (Travis) and the rest of the team at Temecula Hyundai was just exceptional. First of all the steering alignment issue was perfectly resolved, so that is the main thing always. But the attention to detail from the team was as good or better than what I have received from Mercedes or Lexus service.

TAKES TOO LONG FOR SIMPLE SERVICE
IT TOOK ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. (THERE WAS A RECALL FIX PERFORMED THAT TOOK 15 MIN). THAT IS TOO LONG FOR SIMPLE SERVICE CONSIDERING I HAD AN APPOINTMENT.
