No High Pressure
The gentleman I dealt with did not pressure me to do a complete 30,000 checkup when I explained my financial situation. Instead, he suggested which one(s) were the most necessary and then left it up to me.

Genuinely friendly people who rember who you are as a person, not just as a customer
I purchased a new vehicle from this dealer in February of 2012. I was delighted with the amount of unassuming and unpretentious attention I was given, which has only been continued since then when I return for routine maintenance and upkeep. The staff is always genuinely friendly and never fail to remember who I am, me the person not just me the customer. I will definitely buy from them again when I have need to do so, and I will [i]happily[/i] continue to return for service.
