Thank you for offering your valubale feedback.  In regards to you concern,  our current process will not allow for the needed parts to be ordered ahead of time.  Due to the nature and extent of this recall there are parts allocation restrictions that prevents our dealership from ordering unlimited quantities for stock.  I apologize for having to extend the service repair.  

Please contact me at your earliest conveinence to discuss how we might find a temporary solution to your concern.

I've had my car nearly a decade, purchased new at Larson Hyundai and exclusively serviced there. I constantly have complements from friends thinking my car is almost new rather than being ten years old. Larson watches over the maintenance schedule to make sure my car receives all the required services to keep it running like new.

Quick and easy
My santa fe went in for a seized engine and was back to me in less than a week. New engine was covered, which was amazing. The service team was phenomenal and they even provided a loaner car for use. Keith who was the main service guy was in constant contact. Larson Hyundai will always be my number 1 choice for service to my vehicle.

The customer service I received from Larson's Hyundai was outstanding. The staff made me feel welcome, valued as a customer and explained everything in detail, ensuring I got the best possible service for my 2019 Elantra, I would come back again and again, Service dept, they are very professional. I had the tow hitch installed on my Palisade. Keith was so helpful and worked diligently with me in researching the complete set up I would need to pull my travel trailer.
