Rude and inattentive
The service rep was busier listening to his co-workers conversation than listening to me. Then he snapped at me for not pulling the car in the proper spot, before checking to see the area was completely full. Then he took my keys but said he couldn’t find my car and my fob wasn’t working. I’d told him that initially, but as previously stated, he wasn’t listening. By the way, the car was parked directly in front of the service door, but he didn’t ask where it was parked. I thought we were finished checking in and went to make a call. He then called me and chastised me for walking away and not finishing checking in. I didn’t like one part of my interaction with him, and I spent 50 years in customer service.

I scheduled an oil change and 3 recalls on my Hyundai. I was disappointed that one of the recalls could not be completed in the appointment (as the part was not available), necessitating a return trip. I would, in the future, appreciate a call ahead of time, providing me an option to reschedule my appointment so all could be done at the same time.
However, the service mgr was courteous, explaining the situation in a pleasant manner. I was also contacted promptly by him when my car was ready and again when the part was available.

Needs improvement
My time was not respected, as the part was not available at time of appt. I was able to have oil change and 2 recalls done, but a third recall necessitated a return appt. Also, it was extremely difficult to schedule and reschedule (snow and ice prevented me from keeping initial appt but I canceled in a timely manner) the initial appt due to company's phone/internet problems, along with no call backs from staff. Very frustrating.

We were completely satisfied with our recent service at the service center at Larson Hyundai. The service technician was friendly, and helpful. Our car was completed shortly prior to the time we were told it would be ready. We were pleased that we got a military discount. Afterwards a sales person helped me with a couple of questions I had about connecting the car to blue tooth and google maps. Thank you.
