The 100% Happy Couple
In the beginning of 2021 my husband and I weren't only dealing with moving clear across the country, but my Veloster started to have unexpected trouble! Larson and Keith Fernando got my vehicle in the shop as soon as possible, ordered parts, and had my car with a brand new engine back to me in no time! While I waited, due to Covid slowing down the process, they set me up with a rental free of charge for all the inconveniences they couldn't control! I was even allowed to wait on some repairs to be finished until I had the money to complete them! Being from a small down in Pennsylvania, it means so much to find a business that treats their costumers like human beings rather than just another pay check. My husband and I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and services!

Great service department!
We had some transmission issues and Keith, in service was able to get our car in and looked at the same day when other dealerships said it would be weeks. He was able to get us set up in a rental car and kept us informed anytime there was an update on the status of our repair. The rest of the staff we dealt with were also pleasant to interact with and very ready to help. You can definitely count on Keith and team here at Larson to take care of any service needs!

Excellent customer service.
The attendees were very courtesy and knowledgeable. They were also friendly and great customer service and very business orientated. The vehicle service was was explained in details and the approximate time the vehicle service will be completed. They also offer some refreshments while you are waiting for your vehicle service.
