APR+ tune
Shawn informed me that there was a tune available for my SQ7 and even had an APR technician on the phone to assist since the installation was a bit tricky. The tune really brought the vehicle to life.

All my cars go here, so should yours
So my MiniCooper, BMW X3, and my Audi S5 all exclusively get serviced at EE. Fair warning, you get great service, and great pricing (that’s why I don’t go anywhere else) but they have a limited number of techs (especially Mini) so sometimes there is a delay in getting work done. That being said, they are great communicators and I am happy to trade quality and pricing for longer scheduling times.

Bottom line, I recommend them with no reservation and I have been busing them for over 5 years now

Good Techs, Lacking Communication
The technician did a great job with the detail in the work. The use of the online approvals makes it easy but was never called during the visit. The detail is okay if you have a little knowledge of vehicles but the Service Writer never spoke to me unless I called. The return messages if I messaged were not quick.

Had stage 1 apr tune put on my mk6 golfr. They were quick and thorough and entertained me while I talked their ears off and asked questions. Good people. Calm, chill vibe.

C7 S6 Gets New Shoes
My C7 S6 had a set of 20-inch Staggered Rohana's in gold/bronze on it when I got it. They are a bit too gang star for me to be honest. Everything Euro sold me a square set of Niche 20-inch to put me back on Banker's row. The look and ride quality improved 100%.

Great Service, Work on Communication
Technicans did a great job, super easy to schedule and the shop-ware system is the coolest thing to use. I would have liked to have been reached out to know a few items: 1. Maintenance was delayed due to another car being finished. 2. the second of the heater hoses would not arrive and would not be changed this visit. I know it saves me money but the personal touch of a call would be better so I could see if I wanted to try and order the second hose while your techs are in the area. 3. I did not get a call when the car was finished. I called after reviewing the invoice on shopware. I only add this to challenge the team to not lose the personal connection with the customer as I had to reach out for updates about my vehicle.

This is my second visit with different vehicles each time I worked with Shawn each time I explain what I needed very pleased with the work with the customer service just happy about the whole experience my only regret is that they don’t work on Chevrolets and Cadillacs. Stage 1 Tune
I worked with Shawn for a stage 1 tune on my car. We were having issues with codes and security issues and I was so happy that Shawn never gave up on finding the solutions to breaking these codes. After two failed attempts, he finally worked it out and called me and he was successful with the tune. I have been very happy with the effort he showed and would recommend him very highly to anyone looking to have work done at this company.
