Knowledgeable diagnosed the car quickly and got me back up and running.
Took the car in for what I thought it was a transmission issue. They found it was actually a misfire issue. They did the work and got me up and running quickly.

S3 Lowering Spring Issue
Tom and his team are top notch.

I had lowering springs installed at another shop and was having binding issues when turning at low speeds. I brought the car to two other shops to diagnose the issue and wasn't satisfied with their review and detail.

The team at EE removed the front lowering springs and spent at least an hour diagnosing the issue (comparing the OEM springs to the aftermarket springs in great detail on how they sat and operated on the strut mount bearing.)

In the end I returned the car to stock much to my displeasure but was happy that EE went the extra mile to see if there was any solution to my issue.

To many front service workers and not enough mechanics
I went and talked to these guys a few times and the first time came in spent about 500 dollars on a diagnosis and coil packs because they said that was my issue turns out the issue never went away and a couple days later my engine light came on , called back up saying they didn’t fix my problem now I have to leave it up there for a whole day just for them to diagnosis vehicle that was already sitting in there for hours last time getting a diagnosis lol they offered free of charge diagnosis however u have to leave your vehicle there so it can be fit in Tom shed some light on the whole situation he was the best person that I delt with here he was very understanding and tried to just be as helpful as possible and honest however Shawn doesn’t seem like the guy to come to in these circumstances and is very unclear of what he is talking bout

Overheating Porsche
My overheating problem was diagnosed quickly. The estimated cost was determined and accepted.
The work was done in a timely matter and the cost was close to the estimate. A few extra parts were needed.
Over all a good experience and will go back and will recommend.

Great Honest Repair Shop
I have had over 10 European vehicles over the past 8 years and Everything Euro has been servicing, upgrading and repairing them all. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The work is top notch, and the prices are very fair for the job! Never been pressured into things that are not needed, and I can count on them to be honest and straight forward with recommendations. If you own a European vehicle look no further than Everything Euro for the best place to take care of it!

5 years and counting going to EE
Just got a round of tires from the team over at everything euro and it wasn’t all that bad price wise even after labor and mounting. The team out there (Tom included) has amazing communication and puts up with my ass constantly bugging them with questions and etc. highly recommend taking your ride out there to get worked on to your anywhere close to the Winston area <3

Great group of people

Best in the Business
Tom, Shawn, and the rest of the crew at Everything Euro are the best. Theres a reason I drive all the way from Boone to have them work on my cars. One of the best if not the best European car shops not just in the state but on the east coast.

Best staff
Everything Euro has the best staff of any repair shop I’ve ever used. Everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in and get me takin care of for an upcoming trip. Shuttle service is super convenient.
