Considerate, kind and professional.
Considerate with me as an older widow unfamiliar with car troubles, they treated me with compassion and care. After explaining what my trouble was, Tom took a moment to evaluate and respond with a plan of action. Car issues are important as they provide livelihood for many and I care for an elderly parent. Meeting this gentleman and how he cared for my situation made all the difference in the world.

Quality Euro car service
Everything Euro is a high quality and honest European car repair company. They have consistently exceeded my expectations. On several occasions now I have been presented the issues that are present in my car clearly laid out in priority and cost, repairs and maintenance that are more cost effective to do together, and issues that are not urgent. Too many repair facilities push every issue as critical and have to be done now have you pay for disassembly for each repair in the same system. Everything Euro is not the cheapest car maintenance out there, but it is quality repairs and sound advice at a fair price.

My experience with Everything Euro was excellent! My repair was handled quickly and professionally from the time I went in for a quote until the time my car was done. Tom and Norman explained, in detail, the repairs needed to make my car look beautiful again. They're so knowledgeable and really care about preserving the integrity of the car. Hopefully I never need to return for body work, lol, but I will definitely be back to have my Audi serviced because I know it'll be in great hands. I highly recommend this company!

Professional, Comprehensive, and Knowledgeable
My modified Audi RS5's problem was quickly assessed and found to be an issue far less expensive than that originally claimed by the dealer and an OOT performance shop. Though still expensive, at $2000, it was far less costly than the $10,000 estimate for an engine drop and head gasket replacement, recommended by the others ----- and wrongly advised, by the way.
An innocent coolant leak was the original concern. A botched and jury-rigged installation of the coolant transfer line by the original installers of the supercharger was the cause. Everything Euro provided clear pictures of the faulty work and repaired the leak with their own customized fitting. They, even, generously, credited the other shops for erroneously coming to the wrong conclusion, saying that the proximity of the leak to the head had made them naturally assume that the head gasket was the cause.
It was a complicated job, requiring extensive disassembly of the front end, but, ultimately, the car was repaired back to peak performance, without the damnable leak. Had I gone with the original diagnosis, I'd be $10,000 poorer and still have the coolant leak. Thank goodness I moved the car!

Clearing out the confusion and getting everything back to peak performance should definitely earn him some car repair accolades. Fixing the Flow F-Ups
C7 S6 in the shop for a check engine light (CEL), and an electronic performance control (EPC)
light on. After diagnoses, it was found that prior repairs done at Flow in Greensboro recently were not completed correctly with loose bolts and missing hardware causing gasket failures on the air distributor. After the air distributor was repaired, several missing bolts were observed on the crash warning sensor mounts and a few other areas around the headlights. Flow had completed repairs to the car which required the front bumper to be removed for service and they failed to re-install those missing bolts. I noticed missing bolts when I got the car back from Flow when they originally repaired it and I had to return to Flow to get them replaced. Little did I know there were more missing or loose bolts where I couldn’t see. The whole of the repair that Everything Euro did was due replace missing hardware that the Flow technician had either not replaced or had not properly torqued during their repair. Just goes to show you that the dealer doesn’t always have better techs like you would assume. More like a drip than a Flow. Everything Euro traced out all the missing hardware, made the repairs needed, and got me back on the road in record time. Thanks guys!
