Great Customer Service
Quick responses. Convenient system of text messaging throughout the day with updates. They never do work without making sure you approve and will explain what and why they recommend certain services. They have fit me in the schedule last minute for a fairly complex issue with my VW. They don’t try to do necessary repairs and give you options.

VW Rabbit seemed to have brakes sticking
I took the car to them after another mechanic diagnosed a brake booster problem that might cost $1500 to fix. I wasn’t sure I should invest that much in the car. Strangely, by the time I got it to them they couldn’t replicate the problem, but found torn tie rod boots and Tom quoted a repair cost that I believe was very favorable. I had already had thoughts of selling the car “as-is” and Shawn happened to be in the market for a car. I gave it a little thought & we arrived at a price, so I sold it, confident he knew he was getting a good car (discounted for the work that needed to be done.) I paid Tom less than I expected for the diagnostics and a few things they did. I would definitely recommend them for work on European vehicles.

A very professional delivery of service
This was my first visit to Everything Euro. I was excited to discover a local Porsche mechanic in WS. I would characterize the staff as very professional and passionate about their work. They conducted a complete analysis of my car’s needs, priced the service and prioritized the order in which I needed to schedule it. They provided timely feedback on the progress and kept me well informed.
I will be a repeat customer.

Taureg repair
They quickly diagnosed failure of front link arms as what was causing a clunking sensation when coming to a stop. Repair was done within expected time frame, with updates being provided as they progressed. A supply issue delayed repair to a rear light, but I was kept current on all this as they went along. A quick in and out while waiting for the light repair is assured.

Great Audi A6 service
Second time using them. First time resolved a problem that the dealership struggled with, and they uncovered several problems with the dealership’s workmanship. This time brought in for brake service and have had no problems thus far. Saved about 40% over dealership’s quote.

Plan to bring the car back in for the next routine maintenance.

quality assist
extremely satisfied with the work done on my vehicle ('15 VW golf, diesel). my service writer communicated updates in real time and responded to questions promptly. additionally, he included pertinent information from the updates in writing (w/ pictures) via the quote so I wouldn't forget. these notes reflect the attention to detail that the staff put into my car - it speaks to the caliber of their work - high quality service. they even went above and beyond by correcting shoddy work done by a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT garage ages ago - i appreciate that it was noticed, discussed with me to see what i wanted to do about it, and addressed immediately. it's rare to find people that care about a job well done and done right, no cut corners. that kind of work ethic is hard to come by. they've got the right stuff.
interactions with other staff were equally positive - genuine conversation, gregarious and respectful people - v. chill. great staff. they operate with a lot of integrity at Everything Euro.
about the car - she (Brienne of Carth) runs like a dream and floats over the asphalt. thats the best alignment i've ever had on either side of the Mississippi.
10 / 10, would drive 3 hours both ways to come here again.

Problematic Allroad
I had a issue with rhe Air ride not balancing properly. After a short time(inside joke), EE got me back up and running. Shout out to everyone who worked on it to get it back on the road. If you have any car issues,especially Audi or VW, come see this crew!

I had an electrical problem with my car which i've never had before. So it took a little bit longer than what i'm used to.But they communicated consistently and kept me informed.And worked with me to keep me happy and satisfied. Plus they gave me a loaner car, which I was very happy with. They found a couple other issues and took care of those as well. Everything Euro provides great service and support.!
