No I'm not happy
The car wash was just the most recent issue. I've been told "I'm sorry we cannot duplicate your issue therefore it does not exist yet I get in my vehicle and it does the same thing it has been doing. Any issue I bring to their attention with the exception of the whole plastic portion of my seat being replaced and a tire patched, none of my issues were truly resolved. Having someone call after the fact to ask what could be done better doesn't change the fact that the issues are still occurring. So no. My opinion has not changed because Iof a phone call or a response to my review. Actions speak louder than words, unfortunately I have to continue my service due to the plan I purchased so we will see if these reviews really make a difference or if it just gets filed away.

Problem still unresolved
Although the customer service is excellent, being a somewhat dissatisfied customer from a previous service, that better attention would have been given based on the vehicle's past problem with the AC.

No I'm not happy

Great!
After my second visit to Lakeland Hyundai in the past two weeks I received great service from the Manager, Chris, and one of the associates there. Samantha was helpful as always and everything met my expectations! Thank you for correcting my previous experience. I would give it five starts but the system is not letting me.

I made an appointment for my routine maintenance and I was in and out! They did a great job, and even found a nail in my tire and got that fixed right away.
