Awesome Experience
From the moment I arrived at the dealership for service I was greeted with a smile. I was promptly helped and went into the waiting area expecting to spend an undetermined amount of time waiting for my vehicle to be done and ready. Amazingly in about 20 minutes my name was called that my vehicle was ready. I asked if she was sure and she smiled and said yes. Outside was my vehicle all done and washed and vacuumed looking brand new. Very satisfied customer right here. Good job all!!

Great Service
Lakeland Hyundai has done an excellent job caring for my Santa Fe and keeping it in great shape. My service advisor Samantha is great to work with and my car always comes back looking new. She always makes me feel important and gets my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the service department at Lakeland Hyundai and advise you to ask for Samantha.

Service Advisor sets the bar
My initial experiences with Lakeland Hyundai was subpar compared to competitors (Toyota, Ford, Kia). After several confrontational conversations with the Service Manager about a dealer being able to offer superior product support, I think we have finally reached a happy place. Service Advisor Samantha has set the bar for customer support. She is an asset to Lakeland Hyundai and should be recognized for the job she does. My recommendation comes with that caveat; ask for Samantha.

use to love this car. Not so much any more
I brought my car in for a other recall and told them my car makes theses knocking sounds when I turn the wheel. They said it was covered and that they fixed it. Still making that noises. My car has been in there so many times for recalls, just getting tired of it. Plus they didn't fix that knocking sounds.

I come to Lakeland Hyundai all the way from Tampa, because I always receive the best Service. Samantha always greets me right away, and makes sure that I am not waiting very long.
