Poor customer service
I had an issue with my Nissan Altima. Bill quoted me one price, then charged me almost double. I never said OK to the price difference. I am not very happy as I have been bringing my cars there for over 10 years.

Slow service
Usually these guys are great working on my 1969 Mustang, but this time Bob said the car would be ready at 12:00, but it wasn't available until 5:00.
