Not the best service
They were really slow, and late, and the steering wheel was dirty. I was expecting more to be honest.

Very honest
They were honest and I really enjoyed my experience with them. Did not manage to get my car fixed , on my decision as to not spend the money. They were completely honest and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!!

Could be better
A little lacking in communication, and had a tough time finding out the status of my car. Will think twice about coming back again. Can't say i would recommend them.

Great experience
Unlike other mechanics, McInerney's explanations were music to my ears (and wallet!). Their transparent communication and top-notch service had me singing their praises all the way home.

Service Department lost 2 stars from my original review.
I made an online appointment to get the recall fixed on the Bronco. I had it set up for a Thursday and was able to get a ride back while they worked on it.

I got emails and text messages reminding me about my appointment. When I made the appointment, I made it crystal clear it was for the recall on the bronco glass. I got a text from my service advisor and texted back how long it should take the day before. No answer.

I get to the shop, told them I had an appointment and was told they could not get it done until next week and to call to make an appointment. Excuse me?

Clearly they don't read any of their appointments and just have everything sent out by a computer and no human reads it until you get in the doors.

They showed me the door and didn't even say sorry.

Best Dealership
Hands down the best Ford dealer in the treasure valley! I enjoyed working with Neris, Cristobal and Dave. They made the transaction quick and painless. They got me into a beautiful new F150 at a great price and also gave me top dollar for my trade in. I definitely recommend buying from Lithia.

Horrible customer service
Bob was less than pleasant to work with. Plus the repair was super expensive, I will go somewhere else next time.

Quality work for a fair price
We bring all of our vehicles here for maintenance and repairs. The team is awesome, and the price is right. You always know they are going to be 100% honest with you. I highly recommend them.

Way overpriced, and slow service
I used to bring my car here a lot, but the labor rates have gone through the roof, and they never have my car ready on time. Best to take your car elsewhere.
