Always courteous & obliging, this time Ricardo replaced the battery In my 2018 Elantra during an emergency visit -- & fit me in for a scheduled oil change a little early, saving me another trip for service.

The car washing & vacuuming are always appreciated.

Ricardo (service writer) has ALWAYS been extremely accommodating to every/all requests and inquiries—a true asset to the dealership and to its patrons! I am ever so appreciative to him and the mechanic staff who have tended to my Genesis!
