Outstanding Service Again
As always, my expectations were met. Ricardo was both on the phone, and when I arrived at the dealership, very friendly and greeted me by name. He explained what need to be done and the cost, but bent over backwards reminding it was my decision.

Sorry your experience was lacking.

Sometimes a software update is just a software update.  We are glad we could help get you in, get you out, and get you back to your life quickly.

Brake job
Brakes feel like new again. Was able to replace pads and just resurfaced the rotors after 60,000 miles on my Santa Fe Sport.
