Going in ahead of time to schedule the appointment was not necessary
Next time I will schedule service over the phone. I went there in person to set up an appointment to have a trailer hitch installed on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. The service writer told me 'I was all set' on Tuesday to bring it in on Friday. I assumed that meant he would have the parts reserved for the installation. He did set up the appointment - but I had to start from scratch when I got there on Friday. It was more of an annoyance than it was a problem. They got the work done and overall I am happy with the service.

convenient and the people are friendly and efficient.
I like that it is comfortable to wait in their waiting area, but I did not have to wait long. The job was done quickly and the gentleman helping made sure that everything I asked for was done to perfection .

Visited for 45k service at 3:15 pm. Instead of complaining about the late hour of arrival for a 2 hr job the service writer (Michael) and the technician (Ryan) simply write up the work order and completed it timely and made the entire event quite uneventful. Great to see customer service take priority over completing the day a bit early.
