another successful visit to Tamiami Hyundai
As a snowbird, I have the option to take my Ohio purchased SanteFe to one of two area Hyundai dealers. I elected to take my vehicle to Tamiami Hyundai because they did an outstanding job of making me welcome on my first visit last year. This time turned out to be even better. I plan to share some tips with my Ohio dealer on what first class service means.

dealership is no longer new
place is not new and crisp....by late in day needs to be a bit more tidy...service on vehicle is performed as required..good place.

I have always been treated very well at Hyundai at their Naples location. The waiting area is very comfortable. My car is always ready on time. The staff their is very polite and represent the Hyundai company much better then any dealership I have been to

I made an appointment for 10:30 to get an oil change. I expected the car to go right into the garage.but instead it was parked outside for an hour. Once it went into the garage it was 30 minutes to get the car back.
