Once I got the appointment everything was great. It took me 2 days to finally reach someone in the service dept. or even trying to make an appointment on line.
It was very unusual that I could not reach the service dept. I had spoken to the receptionist 6 times in 2 days, calls were not returned, maybe the phone lines were down over labor day?

That is unusual for sure. 

Norm is great at returning calls.  You can usually reach him directly at 480-368-6712 or even at norman.rosen@earnhardt.com also you can use our online appointment system at www.northscottsdalehyundai.com or you could even use the Bluelink(tm) button right on the rear view mirror of your car to schedule service. 

We appreciate you sticking with it and we'll look forward to seeing you again next visit.

I had a scheduled appointment for 1:00 , had something come up and had to take my car in earlier that day.. Norm called me before my original scheduled appointment at 1 pm to tell me that my car was done.
