It was overall a good experience but I had made an appointment a week prior and when we got there they said there was no appointment. Besides that it was great.

Our ledger does show your appointment on the 14th made on the 6th.  So not being able to find it that day is unusual to say the least.  Still we are glad the rest of your service was great and we look fowrard to seeing you again next visit.

Not the dealers fault.
The service was great except that the dealership is unable to get the recalled part in for another 3 weeks. I do not blame the dealership. Hyundai corp should do a better job at supplying parts or perhaps use better parts from the beginning. I've had quite a few items recalled.
