I rate it 5 stars as they took me right in and no wait.
Service was within warranty with no hassle. They provide ride home and pick up, if necessary. Great service!

Norm Rosen is always very pleasant and welcoming. He also works with me to set a service schedule that keeps my charges per visit to a reasonable amount. Service has always been good. No need to bring the car back for a second visit because of a repair or service not being done right the first time. Also appreciate available wifi, bagels and popcorn while waiting on car repairs.
