Great Service Advisor (but annoying follow-up phone call)
Service Advisor Norm Rosen is always a pleasure to deal with -- efficient, personable, and thorough.
(My only negative with dealership are the follow-up phone calls to confirm whether I'm satisfied with the service. We receive dozens of "junk" calls daily, and the latest from Earnhardt yesterday interrupted a much-needed nap! Totally unnecessary and annoying! Please stick to e-mailed survey requests only.)
