I always have a pleasant experience when I bring in my Tucson for regular maintenance.
The only complaint I have is that I still haven't received a call back regarding my passenger window and whether the warranty company is going to authorize fixing the button for the window, and it's possible that I have received a call and just don't realize it.

Although your aftermarket warranty company was closed on the Saturday when you were here, we have followed up. Norm will reach out to review what they said and we'll have you back in to sort out that window switch.

First Class Service

This facility is tremendous. Scheduling is easy, you are greeted immediately upon arrival. Service adviser goes over order, work is done in a very timely manner and reviewed upon completion.
I usually wait for my car, so am happy with the clean, modern waiting room with many amenities. The attitude of staff is friendly and professional and instill a feeling of confidence for the customer.

I appreciate these guys!

First time at this service center, just moved here from New Jersey. I called before I went in and spoke with Norm. I asked if they accept walk ins, and Norm said come on in and ask for me and I'll take care of you. Maybe an hour later my oil change was done and they hooked me up with a car wash! Awesome place! The waiting area is spacious and clean. Everyone there was pleasant and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale! Thanks again guys!

Excellent facility and warm welcome

I had a lovely visit when bringing my 2018 Hyundai Tucson to the dealership. Norm gave us a timeline and it was on par with the time that it took to get our service done. I was a little upset when I got home and found out that the smart lift gate was not working since I had not had any issues prior. I called Norm to ask if something had inadvertently been disconnected or if there was a quick fix over the phone after I went through the manual and verified that all settings were turned on properly. Norm advised that he would not be able to diagnose the issue over the phone and I would need to bring it in which was not convenient as we were leaving for the summer the next day. UPDATE: The smart gate started working again after 2 days of being on the road. Unsure what tripped it or what happened but it is something I will keep an eye on to ensure there is nothing glitchy going on. All in all, great facility and great customer service.
