Can't say enough good things about Norm, our service advisor. He is always personable, accommodating and trustworthy. We have been going to Norm for 10 years and wouldn't go to another dealership for service because of him. I always drop our car off early and Norm has Tom, the shuttle driver, bring me to work and pick me up when our vehicle is ready. Tom has always been very professional and pleasant. The sales staff and management has always been courteous and professional. Hats off to Tony Femiano, the General Sales Manager for his leadership in developing a "TOP NOTCH" dealership. We wouldn't even think of going to another dealership.

Great Oil Change Experience
Came in for an oil change appointment. Car was serviced and washed in a timely manner. While waiting, lounge was comfortable and clean. WiFi, coffee and snacks were available. A more than pleasant experience!

Great service. Super satisfied that I was able to get the service I needed with my prepaid service card I have. I hope they can maintain that information on file in the future. Was also able to receive car wash and vacuum on my front two seats.
