The service I received from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale was outstanding! I wish I could have my auto serviced here, but unfortunately, my warranty is with Larry Miller Hyundai at Peoria, Az.

Great dealership, great people!
I've been going to this dealership since it was brand new. I have never had anything but five star customer service. EVERY person there is friendly, courteous and helpful. The customer lounge is always impeccable and well stocked with refreshments. I'm always surprised by how quickly they come and tell me my car is ready.

Excellent customer service.
I am a new resident in the Phoenix area with a 2017 Hyundai Tucson lease from Hyundai. After driving all the way here from Mississippi I was involved in a head on car crash. My Insurance covered the extensive repairs to my car through a collision repair other than Hyundai. I took my car to Mike Southern (I believe he is the service manager) at Earnhardt’s Hyundai North Scottsdale to have the repairs assessed and a full inspection done on my Tucson. As a single woman in my mid-fifties I am usually a little intimidated going into a dealership, but here I was treated like a queen! I was greeted when I pulled up to the service area. Mike Southern listened and took my concerns very seriously. I was not made to feel like an over-anxious and un-informed woman. I was shown to a very comfortable waiting area where there were various flavors of brewed Starbucks coffee, various flavored Tazo tea bags, fresh bagels with varieties of cream cheese, and donuts for customers’ enjoyment. I will also mention the cleanliness of the restrooms, as that is often a sign of attention to detail. There was not even a fingerprint smudge on the stainless steel dividers or doors in the ladies room. The service on my car took about 40 mins. I was given a surprisingly low bill which did include a summer special price. I drove away in a freshly washed and serviced car.
It’s good to know that excellent customer service does still exist in this world.
A huge thank you to Mike Southern and the people at Earnhardt’s Hyundai North Scottsdale for taking such good care of me and my Tucson.

Wow a whole day early!
I dropped me vehicle off the day before my appointment time (this is easier for me and my work schedule). The service advisors told me if they can, they will do my oil change that day. I was afraid of an over-promise so I set in my mind to pick my car up the next day, after my scheduled appointment time.
To my surprise my oil was changed and my car was (washed) ready to go about two hours later!

Immediately upon walking into the dealership, I was asked if I'd been helped, I was offered water and the service manager was contacted. I'd never been waited on that quickly before. The estimate for my service was an hour, and it was completed before that time. They went above and beyond my expectations, treating me with respect and honesty.
