Earnhardt Hyundai in Scottsdale will service your car the way it should be. Honestly and efficiently, and once you drive away you're golden. No bringing it back because they missed something, didn't do the job properly or damaged something else. They really do offer a dealership service experience like no other I've seen and Michael Southern, the service manager, knows his business like the back of his hand.

When I pulled my car in, an attendant was there immediately. Even though I was there on the wrong date of service, they took care of me without a problem.
Service is the name of the game and they are quite good at it.

Ive worked with the Earnhardt Hyundai team for the past 8 years. The service and sales department at this dealership is far and away better than any dealership that I've been associated with in owning cars in the valley over the past 40 years. The team here is always prompt, courteous and professional.

the best of the best, including mike southern, the service manager
i take both my genesis g90 and palisade limited here. mike southern is the best service manager in the industry. he is professional, timely, and i feel like i am giving my car to family to be taken care of.

btw, we drive an hour to get our vehicles done here. there are much closer dealerships.

I recently brought my 2012 Accent into dealership as A/C was blowing warm air during week that temps ranged from 114 to 118!!
The A/C tech Danny ran dye test and quickly determined that the expansion valve required replacement. I was impressed that service manager suspected that was the issue after listening to the symptoms and impressed by how quickly Danny ran the test and replaced part.. I was in and out in about 90 minutes. A/C is running so cold now that I have to turn it down.

Great experience!
What a great experience I had recently. I needed to find two cars for my daughters and ended up finding one for myself too. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and helpful! Sales Associate, Brad Burnham made the experience fun instead of stressful. I never felt pressured and we love our cars! Thank you Earnhardt Hyundai of North Scottsdale!

Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale Service Department Takes The Bull By The Horns.
The legendary Tex Earnhardt signed off his commercials with his famous trademark slogan "that ain't no bull". And the truth of that statement is evident every time I bring my Hyundai Tucson into Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale. Mike Southern and his Service team get my car in, do the work that is needed on a timely basis and a fair price. There's no attempt to upsell me to something I don't need, or in other words, "no bull". So it is actually a pleasure to bring my car in and leave with the confidence that it was done right.
